Return & Refund Policy

 

At NXT Boxing, we strive to deliver high-quality events, merchandise, and services. Please read our return and refund terms carefully before making your purchase.

 

 

 

1. Event Tickets & Table Sales

 

• Refunds are available up to 7 days prior to the event date.
• Requests made after this period are not eligible for a cash refund, but store credit will be issued for the value of the purchase.
• Store credit can be used towards future events, merchandise, or services offered by NXT Boxing.

 

 

 

2. Merchandise – Custom Designed Shirts

• As all shirts are custom designed and made to order, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.
• If the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days with proof of the defect for an exchange or store credit.
• Returns for store credit are only accepted if the shirt is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags attached.

3. Boxing Ring Hire

 

• All ring hire bookings require a non-refundable $1,000 deposit to secure your date.
• This deposit will be applied to the total hire cost but will not be refunded if the booking is cancelled for any reason.

 

 

 

4. How to Request a Refund or Credit

To request a refund or store credit, please contact our team at admin@nxtboxing.com with your order number, name, and reason for the request.

 

 

 

5. Exceptions

 

• Refunds will not be provided for missed events, late arrivals, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather disruptions, transport delays).
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund or credit if the request does not meet the terms outlined in this policy.
